Microsoft has announced the 1 vs 100 demo will be launching this Friday (The 10th July) in the United Kingdom. Previously, anybody in the UK had to be invited by an American or Canadian friend to access the game shows. However even after being invited, we were not able to access the beta anytime we wished.

Now we can all enjoy the beta version of the game show, and even compete for prizes. Here is the press release issued by Microsoft themselves.

“1 vs 100 LIVE will be a regularly scheduled show that puts players on the largest interactive game show stage in the world – Xbox LIVE. Players can be chosen as “The One”, “The Mob” or “The Crowd”, be entertained by a host and compete against thousands of other Xbox LIVE members, as they race to become the ultimate 1 vs 100 champion.”

When the full version goes live, players will be able to win a range of prizes such as Mp3 Players, Digital Cameras, Phones, Laptops, TV’s Holidays, and in the UK you’ll even be able to win a car.

Remember, an Xbox Live gold account is required to access 1 vs 100.
Don’t miss Gametime here on the Koalition where we will be giving away two 48 hour codes, If you do not have Gold, then this weekend will be the perfect time to use them to access the Beta.
