Today at a showcase in London Bethesda Softworks confirmed there will be a new Fallout game coming out next year but it wont be a sequel to the smash hit Fallout 3. The new game titled Fallout: New Vegas is being developed by Obsidian Entertainment and is set to take place in the same universe as Fallout 3 but will be unrelated to the game in every other way.
Pete Hines, Bethesda’s vice president in charge of public relations and marketing released the following statment on the new game.
“It’s not a sequel to Fallout 3, it’s just another game in the universe, and it has no impact whatsoever on whatever Todd Howard and his team are working on,”
Fallout: New Vegas is due out next year for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.

Damn i got to get immersed in this game. I aint goin to work tomorrow cause i’m getting me new AT&T Uverse so i might do that tomorrow.
YES!!! i cant wait, the whole Fallout 3 setting is crack, im glad they’re doing another game, and it gives us stuff to do until the next Elder Scrolls
Damn i guess i take back that statement since its not bethesda developing the shit…I just hope these people dont change the feel of the game up too much, because bethesda created something great.
Not made by Bethesda, but I still got high hopes for this.
