Here is the trailer for The Zombie Island Of Dr.Ned which is the first downloadable content pack for the co-op based first person shooter Borderlands.  In the Island of Dr.Ned you will encounter a host of new enemies, all of which are in some way infected. You will also find new locations to visit and lots of brand new rare loot drops.

The Zombie Island Of Dr.Ned is available for download on Xbox 360 and PS3 today for the price of 800 MS points or $9.99 on the PlayStation Network, sorry PC users there are currently no details on when you will receive the DLC.
