Chillin At The NY Comic Con
Yesterday was definitely a packed day at the NY Comi Con. To start it off I’m pretty pissed my camcorder doesn’t have two clips that I needed for this write up. I mean you guys were going to roll on the floor laughing at what I filmed. But when I first arrived at the Jacob Javitz Center I walked around a bit looking for the press office. Turns out the press office is downstairs in the basement in some some secluded corner (wtf?). Well it wasn’t that secluded the IGN.com movie theatre was next door to it. But either way this was my first conference so it was weird getting a press badge.
I also managed to speak to lots of press people and game developers and let them know about the kind of operation we are running here at the site. I played X blades, Ghostbusters, Godfather 2, the new Riddick game, Gta: china town wars and more. Rockstar gave out a bunch of shit
I hung out with Hiphopgamer most of the time I was there. Its crazy because I actually got asked to sign autographs just by rolling with dude. So that was weird all together. I also met Torrence Davis of the Bitbag and the GamesonSmash crew. I also came across some very good comic artist, the main one is Lesean Thomas, please Google this man. I had a good time, I would definitely go back next year!
