Facebook/Twitter Release Date “Unintentionally Announced”

Xbox Live Gold customers in the UK have a lot to be happy about with Sky Player set to arrive in just a matter of days, and now if Xbox’s official website is to be believed the long-awaited Facebook and Twitter integration is also just around the corner. The update was listed to arrive on November 17th but has since been removed from the website and replaced with a generic “Autumn 2009″. I think it’s safe to assume the update will indeed launch Worldwide on November 17th though and that unintentional announcement will result in somebody from the Xbox Online team getting fired.

If you’re one of those people who tend to annoy your friends and family by constantly tweeting and updating your Facebook status it’s time to get excited, because in just over a month you will have the luxury of doing it directly from your couch via your 360… or if you own a PS3 or Wii I guess you already can and have been able to years now.
