These days I stress out a lot, we all do. Whether its from our job, or relationships or pressure from education. Well don’t worry, The Koalition is here to recommend a selection of stress relieving video games for those times when the stress gets too much to handle. So take a break and turn on your console for a little while.

Little Big Planet

How could you play this game and still feel stressed? It just couldn’t happen; Little Big Planet is so full of cuteness that you’ll feel your mood shift instantly. Not to mention the game includes some very puzzling challenges that will take your mind off those harsh realities of life.

Grand Theft Auto

Just play a Grand Theft Auto, it doesn’t matter which one (though I recommend San Andreas as it has the most amount of things to do). It doesn’t even matter whether you decide to follow the main story line or not, just causing utter carnage will have those stress levels decreasing rapidly (Try imagining that it’s your boss when your shooting at…actually never mind, I don’t want you guys getting Ideas now)

Wii Sports

wii-sports

This list would have been so void if I didn’t include this game, after all whats better than virtually smacking around balls, and trying to beat your friends hi score in the process? The Koalition does not discriminate against Nintendo’s casual console, because we all need some Wii in our life, especially those of us that are stressed out.

Time Crisis 4

Remember you can play this game at the arcade too if you don’t feel like purchasing it. But let me just say that the feeling of actually holding a gun and shooting people (minus the death and police charges) will make you feel a whole lot better. I hope Jack Thompson doesn’t read this article.

1 vs 100

1v100

1 Vs 100 is a great experience for you and three friends, the hunger to prove your intelligence to the world will push all the stress right out of your mind. Nothing like a game of 1 vs 100 on your day off from work.
