This past Tuesday I was present at the Final Fantasy XIII launch party in London Oxford Circus, in which the producer Yoshinori Kitase and art director Isamu Kamikokuryo were present. Before the signings were held from the producer and art director, they held a competition on stage. When the presenter Alex Zane announced that the prize was an Xbox 360 Final Fantasy bundle, the whole crowd erupted with boo’s. Keep in mind that the crowd was full of nothing but hardcore Final Fantasy fans.

Dude, get ur research done, there were some minor difference from FF13 Jap and FF13 Eng version due to xbox mechanics where they had to adjust to. Learn Jap, play ff13 in jap, then try it in English on the PS3. Hate to give u clues, but go look up on the lag/delay the FF13 Eng experienced compared to the Jap one which was smooth sailing…. lolz… -n-

the reason why they r my is because the xbox taking it from exclusive and because of the xbox they took things out of the ps3 version of final fantasy to make it equal because because they couldn't fit all the info on their 3 discs
Are you talking about the Japanese DEMO version? Which was PS3 exclusive? Looked better and more graphics and all that? When they announce the Xbox360 version suddenly all the graphics and everything else just vanished for no reason?
Companies don't EVER or rarely ever come out and say we could have did this if the Xbox360 wasn't so shitty? Also the thing you talking about looking up is the lag/delay in the Japanese Pre-Release version not an English version of the game.

After playing the game on both systems I can say that the differences are unnoticable, marginal at worst. It is an inferior game but in the same way that Hotdogs with mustard are inferior to hotdogs with mustard and ketchup.

I agree on the reasoning but the fact remains.Sony fans dont even want to SHARE their 3rd party games(tekken and MGS also come to mind). Nintendo LOST the franchise. lol, but there wasn't really FFVII for the N64, could've been awesome if there is. Well, Nintendo still have exclusive for Crystal Chronicles lol. But the big picture is this, FF became multi-platform, but Sony lost some of their biggest franchise to Nintendo that has a GoTY Potential, those would be Monster Hunter and Dragon Quest, both combined are bigger than Final Fantasy… and both titles would be published by Nintedo (Monster Hinter 3, Dragon Quest IX and possibly X).
I think Microsoft fanboys are worse than PS3 fanboys, coz everytime they lose an exclusive, there's going to be serious rants, which reflected in this video. 360 Fanboys laughs, PS3 Fanboys became angry… normally 360 fanboys starts them. I bet if FFXV came out, it would be a Nintendo exclusive due to the reactions in FFXIII. or a Sony Exclusive, coz the FF Fans wants it where it's best at.
