” We’ve proved there is a market out there and we’ve got a lot of people that spend a lot of time in [Home]. It’s not a priority right now but there is a business model there.”

Words spoken by Pete Edwards the director of Playstation Home. I don’t know about you, but when the director of Home says Home is not a priority its a huge problem. This was supposed to be the new wave of the future, the beginning of the social eclipse, the groundbreaking Xbox Live killer, the…you get it. Now its just a bullet point in a press release. With Sony’s new found swag Home doesn’t quite fit into that equation I guess. I’m not going to be a complete ass here, Home had potential. But Sony is not focused on unlocking that said potential. Time to leave home.

EDIT: No, Homes Not DEAD!….just not a priority. Clear?
