Upon registering for TheKoalition.com, users may be asked for information such as their email address. We would like to inform users that we do not use these email addresses in anyway outside of contacting our users with updates and news. Any information gathered for contests are strictly guarded and discarded after necessary information is salvaged. Emails are never sold or given away to mass marketing companies or traders, and will never leave the posession of the TheKoalition.com administrators.

Contests:
There may exist a condition where a contest prize is a tangible item that must reach the winner. We may ask this winner for a valid United States or Canadian home address or P.O. Box to ship the contest item(s) to. Please be assured that your personal information will never be given to anyone outside of the TheKoalition.com administrators, be it for a profit or not, and we will never use any information received inappropriately. Upon salvaging the information we need to ship a contestant’s item(s), we will immediately discard and destroy all information given to us. No information outside of your email address will ever be kept. Information should only ever be sent to an official TheKoalition.com email address, such as admin@TheKoalition.com, and we will only send information out via this same email address.

Traffic Meter and Data Collection:
TheKoalition.com utilizes website traffic statistic applications from SiteMeter and StatCounter. These two sites gather data from users as they land on our site. Information such as IP address and Browser statitstics are logged.
