Out with the old in with the new. People may not know who did Max Payne’s voice in the original two games, but people are already showing signs of doubt with the announcement that Max Payne will be getting a new voice actor for Max Payne 3. James McCaffrey is the OG voice of Max Payne and he will be missed. Rockstar supposedly wants an older, darker voice to go with the new look Max.

To do a little damage control here is what Jeronimo Barrera, VP of development at Rockstar, said on the issue. “We’re good at casting,” So there you have it. Nothing to worry about. Their good at casting. I have faith in this game and all those behind it, but I’ll make it my personal mission to discredit the game if they turn Max Payne into a flop. Only time will tell.

   Wack, lets hope this guy tries to sound the other guy. This Max Payne looks like Bruce Willis and Bum sam fisher meshed together.
