One of our readers have tipped us off about a rouge Microsoft moderator who has been threatening to ban or suspend users on Xbox Live. This video features footage from a Modern Warfare 2 matchmaking screen, where a Microsoft employee is seen threatening to issue a ban. According to the player, who has uploaded this footage. The moderator (known as The Pro); not only threatened the player and his friends, but he was also very rude and unfair. The gamer is seeking legal action, as the moderator has apparently violated the Xbox Live terms of service with his actions.
The video has been chopped up a whole lot, so it’s hard to tell what exactly happened before the incident in question. We are unsure what exactly the gamer may have did leading up to the moderators threats. Also the video makes the gamer seem way too innocent, but if you look through his videos you’ll see that he has a history of utilizing Modern Warfare 2 mods. He may not be as innocent as he makes out. Watch the video and see for yourself.

Of course it doesn't show the kid harassing The Pro for a full hour and a half before this, because The Pro caught him hacking/modding and permanently banned the kids Xbox for violations of the Terms agreed to when the kid signed up for Xbox Live service.
