This morning speculation about  Super Mario Bros Wii being announced during Nintendo’s media breifing was right, as Nintendo kicked off their press conference announcing that very title. Officially titled New Super Mario Mario Bros Wii the game seems to be Nintendo’s take on LittleBigPlanet with its 1-4 player co-op play, only its far more brutal as players are encouraged to screw each other over and collect items and coins for themselves in-order to win. The game looks absolutely gorgeous in motion, featuring the bright, cheerful design of the DS title also a new item was  shown called The Propeller Suit which, as the name suggests, allows players to propel themselves in to sky by shaking the remote. New Super Mario Bros. Wii will be the first 2D game staring Mario to arrive on a console in 15 years and it’s pretty much guaranteed to sell millions and millions of copies when it pops up in stores this fall.
