Damn homie, with Nintendo you were the man homie, the F*ck happened to you? I’m just kidding but its still somehow true. If your a hardcore gamer then your most likely part of the group that feels Rare has done nothing but fill empty office space at Microsoft. Correct me if I’m wrong, but the latest thing Rare did was design the Xbox Live Avatars? And even those things…….never-mind. So with that being said lets break down parts of Peter Molyneux latest interview with  Gamesindustry.biz:

“I was totally blown away from the amount of talent that there is at Rare, but it’s just that they come from a background where Nintendo required them to be this very, very secretive company,” Molyneux continued.”

Translation: Stop being so damn shy. let the world see what you guys are working on who cares if they don’t like it. Nintendo raised you wrong!

“I just want to give them the confidence to tell the world what they’re doing. I hope you’re going to see more from Rare and I want to help them get well known.”

Translation: Peter wants to be the Phil Jackson to there Kobe Bryant. They have the skills but just don’t know how to use it. They should be way more popular than they are. I agree.

Overall I think the hardcore gamers feel the same way. Its crazy how unrelevant Rare has become as a developer in this generation. Show them what you got, don’t be the studio that once was hot.

   i think donkey kong will never come out…doesnt nintendo have a chokehold on a franchise like dat. isnt donkey kong a nintendo property
