We haven’t reviewed Red Faction: Guerilla, but some of us have played through the game and thoroughly enjoyed it. James, who publishes articles like a factory, thought that Guerilla was a lot better than the overhyped Prototype, so you can take that for what it’s worth. With that said, THQ were kind enough to give us a heads up in regards to the first of 3 DLCs for the Blowin’-Sh*t-Up-Space-Adventure title. The best thing in journalism is that everything’s usually already cooked, so we’ll simply copy and paste what was given to let you read what the DLC’s all about. June 30, 2009 — THQ Inc. today announced plans to release three downloadable content packs for Red Faction®: Guerrilla™, starting with Demons of the Badlands scheduled to be released on August 13th, 2009.  Demons of the Badlands will feature a destructive single-player mission arc that takes place in a new Mars landscape outside of the game’s expansive world.  The pack will be available on Xbox® LIVE for 800 Microsoft points and PlayStation® Network for $9.99 USD.
