After selling 4 million copies world wide already, Capcom now has the UK chart on lockdown as Resident Evil is the number one game in the UK this week. The charts presented by GFK-Chart Track show Resident Evil coming ahead of all its competition and putting Wii Fit into 2nd place followed by Hawx in 3rd place. How long can Resident Evil keep it’s reign? And why the hell is Wii Fit in second place after all this time? Stay tuned because I will keep you posted on the UK charts.
The top ten is as follows:
- 1. Resident Evil 5 (Capcom)
- 2. Wii Fit (Nintendo)
- 3. HAWX (Ubisoft)
- 4. Prof Layton and the Curious Village (Nintendo)
- 5. Killzone 2 (Sony)
- 6. FIFA 09 (EA)
- 7. Call of Duty: World at War (Activision Blizzard)
- 8. Empire: Total War (Sega)
- 9. Halo Wars (Microsoft)
