EA’s sent word around that their third entry into the Skate series will be rolling out in May 2010. This time the player will be moving away from San Vanelona to a new city called Port Carverton. The game is said to focus on team work enabling players the ability to create skate crews which can help advance each individual players career. The game also features bigger Hall of Meat challenges. Create tools which allow the players to create videos, graphics, and skate parks, and a new Skate school which will help improve gamers skills in Skate 3. Seeing the route Activision has decided to take with Tony Hawk and its mandatory skateboard peripheral, the Skate series has ultimately cemented its place as the go to game for skaters and fans all around.
