So the iPhone is much more powerful than the Wii? Apparently so according to a developer at TellTale Games. On their official forum within a thread entitled “Tales Of Monkey Island On Wii Is Unbearable” A developer at TellTale defied all logic and old fashioned common sense by claiming “The Wii is just not a powerful console. An iPhone is much more powerful than a Wii”

Now I’m far from a technology buff and I hate to be judgmental but I’m pretty sure only a developer who doesn’t know the first thing about actually “developing” would make such a foolish statement. The Wii is admittedly underpowered and the iPhone does have pretty impressive graphic capabilities but the difference in power between the two platforms is night and day. Thankfully the thread on the TellTale forum is now locked and here’s to hoping we’ll receive an official comment from them before Nintendo fanboys spontaneously combust with rage.
