Super Mario Galaxy was always a beautiful game, more beautiful than the Wii could even do justice as proven by Dolphin, a PC emulator designed to upscale current Wii games from standard definition to glorious HD.

There has been several rumors regarding Nintendo releasing an upgraded Wii which has HD compatibility and whilst that might be true I’m willing to bet we’ll see numerous colors of the existing Wii as well as several price drops before the HD model hits shelves. By that time we’ll probably be flying cars, self-aware toasters and the Slaughterhouse album should be finally released.
