Great show guys,1 of the best shows in a while.

    Game of the year…
    2005-Resident Evil 4
    2006-Zelda TP
2007-Mario Galaxy (it beat modern warfare 1 by egm & ign)
    2008-Metal Gear Solid 4

Guess where all those games were made?? Japan
Way to early to name an episode DOJ.

hmmm bess u bring a good point. but overall i think we were speaking on the dominance of the industry.

its like when the south was so hot but u still had niggas like jayz and 50 selling millions and were on top and they were from NY. it almost didnt matter. the south still had the game on lock despite the two top dogs…they alone couldnt bring ny back because they were so much bigger than NY alone

i would almost say that same for resident evil, zelda, mario, and metal gear. those games have grown way past japan they are legends. they are the jayz’s and the 50’s of the game world.

Yeah I agree with that. The western game development vs eastern game development convo is a deep one. One of the last EGMs had a great article about it. At the end of the day the industry needs them both.
