Uk Style Suggestions For Home Avatars
Recently my colleague A.B Frasier did a post about Hip Hop avatar clothing for Xbox Live, you can view the post here. Well now I’m about to flip it and suggest some UK styles for Home avatars. Over here in the UK we rock a lot of urban street wear too, but the styles may be slightly different from the American hip hop styles. Below is my run down on whats in fashion right now, Sony I hope you’re reading because I want my avatar to be looking fresh this summer, although not all of these styles are summer wear.
Russian Flap Hats
Last winter I don’t think you could a Man in the UK who didn’t own a Russian flap hat, and the style became so popular that brands like new era even started making their own.
Stripes
For the last two years, UK has a big thing for stripes. Whether it’s shirts, t-shirts, jumpers or polo’s. And we usually rock them with anything, you can rock them with a smart look or a street look.
Sports Tracksuits
No matter what the season; we can be seen wearing sports tracksuits, from Adidas to Nike to Ecko. Hell I think I need to cop me a new one right now.
Fila Trainers
Although Adidas and Nike are very popular trainers to cop, Fila’s are well loved amongst the UK urban scene.
Mini Bags
We all know that it doesn’t look very good when you have mad items poking out of your pockets, So a nice mini hip bag that you can rest on your hip is a great accessory. In some cases it even makes the style of what your wearing even more distinguished.

These would be some very nice additions to your home wardrobe if you live in the UK. So far Home has a lot to offer in terms of clothes, more so than Xbox Live avatars, It’s just they don’t cater that much to the urban scene.
